Our manufacturing facility is progressively transitioning to renewable energy sources. Waste heat recovery systems, closed-loop water usage, and solvent-free production processes are already in operation. We monitor and report our carbon output on a quarterly basis to track progress against our 2030 net-zero target.
We have reduced primary packaging material by 18% over the past three years through redesign and lightweighting initiatives. All of our bulk packaging is recyclable, and we actively work with customers to introduce reusable container programmes for high-volume supply agreements, reducing landfill contribution across the chain.
Transport is one of the largest contributors to our product carbon footprint. We are consolidating shipment routes, increasing average load factors, and transitioning our regional distribution fleet to lower-emission vehicles. We also prioritise rail and sea freight over road for long-distance international deliveries
